Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Policy
Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy for all items. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or online form to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Follow the provided instructions to complete the return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Return Shipping Fees:
For Non-Quality Issues: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., the item doesn't fit, or personal preference), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
For Quality Issues: If the item has a quality issue (e.g., damage, defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchange Conditions: If you wish to exchange an item due to size or color issues, the item must be unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Exchange Process: Contact our customer service to submit your exchange request and provide details about the desired size or color. You will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return.
Exchange Shipping Fees:
For Size or Color Issues: If the exchange is due to size or color not being suitable, we will cover the shipping cost for the first exchange. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to our warehouse.
For Quality Issues: If the exchange is due to a product defect, we will cover all shipping fees.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. We will issue the refund within 3-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Partial Refunds: If the returned item does not meet the return conditions (e.g., used or damaged), we may offer a partial refund (up to 50% of the order value) or refuse the refund.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation: Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled by contacting customer service. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but the customer can return the item according to the return policy.
5. Out-of-Stock Handling
Out-of-Stock Notification: If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and offer options for restocking, exchanging, or refunding.
