Shipping Policy

1.A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible, which you will be able to track from 'Track Order Details'.
2.A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.

Note:
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) only, excluding, U.S. and company observed holidays.
If an invalid address is provided, there may be a delay in the processing and delivery of your order.
Expedited orders placed after 9am PST may not ship until the following business day and may not include Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and MOLISILK is not responsible for any unanticipated delays.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Pre-Sale Items
If your order contains pre-sale items, your order will not be shipped until the pre-sale items are in stock. We're sorry that we do not support split shipment at the moment.

Customs and Import Duties
Every so often, there are times when extra customs or import duties are inevitable. If you do incur charges, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@molisilk.com.
Please send us a copy of the customs duties receipt via email.
A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving your receipt.
